Received thorough diagnostic with photos. Received timely calls throughout the day. Felt like dealing with honest people, many other shops make assumptions of the issues and decide whether to fix or not based on severity of repair.

PCAW is the best. Shay and Jenn provide a welcoming atmosphere and make you feel that your vehicle is in good hands. They both communicate excellently by e-mail and/or phone call with updates and answer your questions with ease. In a recent visit, the tech Gene went above and beyond in client service, and made sure that our vehicle was safe and in good driving condition. And it’s without a doubt, that everyone does at PCAW. We appreciated them all for all they did. If you ever hesitated from getting your car serviced because of a bad experience. You definitely wouldn’t feel like that or experience that here. They have courtesy checks, preventive services available and more. Not to mention their hours of operation are great. Just check out their website and see for yourself. Then dial that phone number, and call in to speak to a friendly PCAW representative. You won’t regret it.

Excellent service, pearl city auto works receptionists and mechanics are great. They communicated very well, are very knowledgeable, gave honest advice on what needed to be fixed, and did it in a timely manner. Great shop and will be using them for all auto work I need.
